Stefan is still in love with Laura and wants to give her everything she deserves. He and Maria are racing against time to convince Laura to stay with them in New York.

Constance, do you have any special plan for this Christmas? Why is it special?
For years we never decorated a tree or fix up the home for Christmas because we lived far away from our family and friends. We moved from Montana to Alabama earlier this year, and we have made some new friends. Everyone in Alabama is so friendly, and it’s so easy to make friends. This year, we decided we would put up a Christmas tree, and decorate the house. We will be having some new friends over for small intimate dinner parties. I haven’t gotten the tree up yet, but did manage to decorate my fireplace. So the picture is my fireplace with decorations.
