Hi, Volo, and thank you for being here with me. So, we know you are Volo, son of King Basilisk, ruler of the Apalala Clan. Have you ever had a nickname?

V.

What is your profession?

Second in line to the throne of the Apalala Clan, Warrior and protector of the clan.

Are you happy about your life?

It has its challenges, but yes, I think I am happy.

Would you change something about it?

Jo’s attitude, he is one of my brothers, and honestly, drives me crazy-rubbing his forehead as he thinks about his younger brother.

Have you ever thought your life would be made into a book?

Never really thought about it.

Your thoughts on love.

Love, love is the beginning and ending of your soul, and if you’re lucky, you will find that one person who fills it with light. Or in my case, at least thinks you smell like dessert. rumbling laughter.

What would you change about yourself ?

I would like to relax more, but this is not possible, I have the clan to protect.

Your greatest extravagance.

Have you seen the palace? I mean its not mine, but one day, it will be.

Your quirky habit.

I sleep naked, does that count?

Which talent would you like to have?

I’d like to sing, but my brothers would rib me for decades.

The quality you most like in a woman.

Loyalty, honesty, and a beautiful heart. Wrap that up with a feisty personality, and you have my mate.

The trait you most despise.

Disrespect. I am a prince, first in line, a future king. There is a certain amount of respect that should go with that.

On what occasions do you lie?

Never

What kind of impression do you make on people when they first meet you? Is that accurate?

Generally I am considered gruff, strong, arrogant. If you ask my brothers, they would say, I deserve it all and more.

Worst and best thing that happened to your life.

Worst? Losing my Mother, Best? Meeting my mate.

What are you most afraid of?

I am Prince Volos, I am scared of nothing.

What do you value the most?

My mate, my brothers, my clan.

What is in your refrigerator right now?

Crap most likely. Attor (one of my brothers) did the shopping last, so it will be mostly fruit and grains. He is a health junkie, not one much for a sneaky snack.

Favorite dish?

I eat anything, but I am partial to a deep dish pizza, with the lot.

Your first thought and impression when you first met your mate?

Crap!!! I didn’t want a mate.

If you were an animal, or a shifter, what animal would you be?

I am a shifter, so I will stay with my true form, dragon.

Your obituary would be …

Short and pointed. I have no time for word wasting.

What would you do if:

someone tried to blackmail you. How easy or difficult would it be?

I would eat them.

You arrive home to find your door unlocked and slightly ajar, and you’re sure you locked it on your way out.

Eat them.

You wake up to find a poisonous spider on your pillow next to his/ her head.

Um, eat it?

I kind of see a pattern here… You wake up in a room and bed you don’t recognize.

This depends on so many aspects.

A natural disaster traps you on your way to an important destination.

It would take a lot to trap a dragon, but my brothers would find me. We have internally connections.

Someone told you today that you are destined to fulfill a great prophecy.

I would tell them, no shit Sherlock!

Thank you, Volo, for this chat.

Payton Hunter’s choice to take a late night stroll by the cliffs will change her life forever. A freak gust of wind catches her off guard, and she falls into the ocean below. As the last breath of air leaks from her lungs, Payton surrenders to the cold black arms of death.

Prince Volos, the oldest son of the Water Dragon King, stands proudly with the human spy he’s captured. His father will surely renounce the crown to him as he proves himself worthy.

When this small, dark haired beauty causes his heart to start singing, Volos now wonders what’s more important. Being the next King? Or being immersed in the arms of true love?

Miles under the surface of the ocean a choice must be made.

A choice where ripples will be felt far and wide.

What is the depth you will go to for true love?

Dzindra Sullivan recorded Volo’s story, and you can catch up with here on FB or on her Amazon Page.
